St Andrews Scots School was founded in 1992 by  Mrs. PL Rana and other committee members. It believes that there is always a scope for improvement and wants its students to develop to their full potential. The founder principal Mrs. PL Rana is an inspiration and constant guidance for the students and has made the school a force to reckon with in various fields. The curriculum of the school is designed according to the guidelines of CBSE and proper focus is given to practical knowledge. It is a co-education school that offers education from classes Pre-Nursery to XII. With a student-teacher ratio of 25:1 the school tries to provide an environment for its students in which they can understand concepts easily. The premises of the school are spread over an area of 2 acres, it has urban infrastructure and disabled-friendly facilities. The school is determined to the holistic development of its students.

St Andrews Scots School Extracurricular Activities

The four houses of the school are Mars, Venus, Jupiter, and Earth. Students are encouraged to take part in different school activities so that their house can get points. This helps in leadership skills development and team spirit among the students. The school wants its students to take part in different activities and has different clubs for the same. It has a language club that focuses on all the aspects of language like listening, speaking, and writing. It has a Science club, IT club, Sports club, Art & crafts club, Yoga club, Photography club, and Theater club so that students can select according to their interests. Students are encouraged to express themselves through writing and have a program called Expressions in which students are asked to write about various topics. Multiple webinars and training programs conducted by industry experts are also organized by the school to enlighten students about various fields.
