Cambridge School was founded in April 1931 by Mr. Alok Chandra Deb after he saw the treatment given to Indian students in English schools. The school firmly believes in its motto ‘We Learn to Serve' as the main conviction of education is to bring change to society. It offers education from classes Nursery to XII and has a well-defined curriculum according to the guidelines of CBSE. The campus of the school is spread over an area of 10 acres and has an urban infrastructure. The school has grown over the years and a lot of dignitaries like Mr. L.N. Pandit, Mr. Barry John, Ms. Yamini Krishnamurthy, and Mr. Khushwant Singh have visited the school on different occasions. With a student-teacher ratio of 21:1, the school makes sure that students are able to understand the topics being taught in the classroom. The principal of the school believes that the school will achieve its mission only when each and every student will succeed.
