About Air Force Bal Bharti School

Air Force Bal Bharti was established in 1955 by Air Force Educational and Cultural Society with an aim to provide quality education to the wards of Air force personnel. It began as a primary school with just 116 students and is now a full-fledged secondary school with a total of 3400 students. The school firmly believes in the quote ‘Education is the creation of sound mind and body.’ Its curriculum is designed according to the guidelines of CBSE and has a good balance of academics and beyond academics activities. It wants to walk in direction of its motto ‘Soar to achieve.’ Management of the school is in the hands of retired and working air force officials and ensures discipline in students. The urban-type campus of the school is spread over a vast area and provides students with a good learning environment. The school has a decent student-teacher ratio of 24:1 and students can understand concepts in a better way.
