Last Date Of Delhi Nursery Admissions Extended for 2 Weeks
The Directorate of Education, Delhi has released a latest circular extending the last date to submit the applications for Nursery admission in the private schools of Delhi by 2 more weeks.
As per the earlier circular released on November 30, 2021, The Application process for Nursery Admissions Session 2022-23 in Delhi started on December 15, 2021 with the last date to submit the application being January 7, 2022.
However, keeping in view the prevailing Covid conditions, the DOE has decided to extend the last date of Application submission and hence giving more time for the Parents to submit the applications.
Yesterday, on January 6, 2022, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister of Delhi, Shri Manish Sisodia tweeted the news of extension of Delhi Nursery Application deadline by 2 weeks on his official Twitter handle.
The DOE has released the official circular of wherein the last date to submit the Application for Delhi Nursery admissions 2022-23 has been extended to Friday, January 21, 2022. DOE has also updated the last date for Schools to upload the details of children who applied to the school for admission under the open seats to January 24, 2022. The rest of the schedule remains the same as per the DOE notification on November 30, 2021.

- Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
- Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
- Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
- Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
- Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
- Birth certificate of the child.
- Supporting documents- (affidavit in case of first child/ only girl child, admission no., fee receipt in case of siblings etc.)
